We are informing our suppliers of our upcoming central office relocation from 171 Victoria Street in 2024 to our new London office in Pimlico in summer 2024.

Our John Lewis central office address will change effective 1 July to 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London, SW1V 2QQ. Partners will begin to work from our new central office from 12 August.

Sample Management

We recently shared this information via supplier communications as part of a series of communications with action required for changes to the way we manage samples - relevant to ALL samples. If you have any questions please contact your category team.

Change of Address

As part of our change of address, we have been reviewing any documentation linked to our 171 Victoria Street address - our systems will update to reflect our new address for legal, billing and ship to information from Monday 1 July.

Action Required

ALL samples should now be posted to Origin Park, following the labelling guidance. Process SLA's are not impacted and will remain the same as they are currently.
