Overview
The steps below will guide you through locating and downloading debit notes on Coupa.
Actions
- Login to Coupa Supplier Portal and select Invoices from the toolbar across the top
- In the search bar, enter the debit note numberNote: All debit note numbers will have a prefix of ‘D’
- Click on the debit note number (highlighted blue)
- In the General Info Section, you will find an Attachments fieldHere a PDF copy of your debit note will be ready for you to download. Click the PDF attachment link to download this remittance copy
