Overview

Adding an invoice attachment will assist your Buyer in approving the invoice. There may also be instances where we require copies of a proof of delivery or packing list to amend a debit due to a discrepancy.

Actions

1. From the Invoices & Payments screen, click View Attachments

   

2. Click Add Attachment

   

3. Click Choose File, add the file you want to attach and select Apply

   

4. Click on Return to Invoice Entry to complete the remaining fields on your invoice
